Loving everything about this Lodge at Breckenridge Wedding!

I LOVE when couples choose to travel to Colorado to celebrate their nuptials. For us locals, it’s easy to forget the beauty that surrounds us each and every day. Sometimes we take it for granted.
This Lodge at Breckenridge wedding was simple but beautiful.

Aaron and Jenny are Kansas natives but their passion for the Rocky Mountains runs deep in both of them.
Aaron proposed to Jenny in the Loveland Ski Area and they both knew Colorado would also set the scene for their wedding day. They chose the Lodge at Breckenridge to be THE spot for their special day. The view is breathtaking and the sunshine is bright (so bring your sunglasses, k?).
I know I’ve already mentioned the views, but it’s only because the views off the deck will WOW you. The snow covered mountains are just an added bonus to this already stunning wedding location.

Jenny chose a classic color scheme for her special day, including burgundies, blushes, and light greens. Perfect for a fall Colorado wedding!|
Her bouquets encapsulated her colors so perfectly- which she brought all the way from Kansas! They were fresh and beautiful, even after a day or two of travel.

They included about 40 of their family and friends to be part of their day and to witness their commitment to one another. It was truly beautiful. I had such a great time mingling with their loved ones and hearing stories about Aaron and Jenny’s journey together so far.

It was an honor to be a part of their wedding day. Congratulations, Aaron and Jenny!

BEHIND THE LENS

ABOUT STACY

When my husband, Jeff, and I were planning our wedding, we hired a photographer whose work was beautiful. Fast forward a few months, she ghosted us. Took our money and vanished. Two months before our wedding, I'm panicking, trying to find another photographer who was available on our very popular date- 10/10/10, and whose work didn't completely suck. I was laughed at over the phone by one photographer, whose name I will withhold but will FOREVER remember. He obviously thought my desperation was amusing, but I couldn't see the humor through my enormous tears.

After having already spent our entire photography budget, I was forced to hire the only person who was left available, and for fairly cheap. He definitely over-promised + under-delivered. It was a sad experience, one I never want you to have to go through, which is why I am so passionate about ensuring my couples have the MOST amazing wedding photography experience humanly possible, with me.

If you are looking for a photographer who values YOU and your entire wedding photography experience, I'm your girl.
I will be by your side, making sure you feel totally comfy + content while you're in front of my lens. I promise your wedding day photos will be timeless, beautiful, and everything you've dreamed of.

I honestly can't wait to meet you, so get in touch and let's do this!

If you have found your way to me, it's probably because you've been searching for the right photographer, but none of the others have felt like 'the one'. I get it. I've been there, done that.
