This Buena Vista Engagement Session was just so, so beautiful.
Todd and Ashleigh are just stunning. Like, seriously. LOOK AT THEM.We scheduled our session and chose the location, but the day before, we realized we needed a backup location. Well, in Colorado, you always have options. And I’m pretty darn happy with the backup location. It was almost as stunning as the couple.
Their Buena Vista engagement session turned out to be one of my faves for the year.
Todd and Ashleigh brought their sweet pup, Palmer, to the session and it was such a treat. She is an absolute doll and had the best time running ’til her heart was content. I LOVE when pups are included in sessions.. I’m a huge dog fan and I will never pass up an oppotunity to love on those furry friends!
Another benefit to bringing your pup along is it will calm your nerves almost instantly! Most couples are not used to being in front of the camera for an hour or two, so including dogs can distract couples from their natural anxieties and alleviate those nerves! So if you’re considering bring your dog along, go for it!
Todd and Ashleigh were so laid back and relaxed, and they really let their love shine. They are so sweet together, and obviously a perfect match.
I am so, so excited to photograph their wedding next summer at Bluemont Vineyard in Virginia!
